“We used the services of Barry Minde and Associates for the position of Managing Director of a new start-up company within the Total Media Group. Our brief to Barry was quite demanding and included a requirement for substantial and specific previous experience at a senior level, as well as key personality characteristics to ensure full and proper culture fit within our organisation.
